[Bug 753340] [NEW] url actions do not work in menus

Olivier Dony (OpenERP) (odo) has assigned this bug to you for OpenERP Web Client:

We created a menu item with an associated 'ir.actions.url', and we kept the default icon 'STOCK_OPEN'.
The corresponding menu entry in the web client does not send a request to the server to get the action.
Changing the icon to a different one makes the url link work as expected.
