In the Interview Request sub module (HR Evaluation Module), when the
window is in editable state, the Interview Question button is working
fine. It shows the question and its pages properly. This happens only in
the WebClient Interface.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The Interview Question in HR Evaluation Module do not work in
  WebClient Interface but works only in GTK Client Interface.

  No question appears in the new window, just a text field with 0.

  The context for the said button that focuses in the survey_id cannot
  be read by the system. Please do check this bug for we are planning to
  implement the said module as soon as possible using the WebClient
  Interface.
