  [trunk] l10n_nl does not define reserve & profit/loss property

Bug description:
  Hi,

  the Dutch chart of accounts does not set the reserve & profit/loss
  property used in financial reporting. The XML data defining the chart
  template can simply be expanded with a line that links this property
  to the '9999 Winst' account.
