  [l10n_nl] Tax code is not created because of duplicate (truncated)

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  In the Dutch chart of accounts there are two tax codes with identical
  codes and differing but relatively long names. In the installation
  procedure of OpenERP charts of accounts, there is a check on existing
  tax codes by code+name. Due to the limited length of the tax code name
  field, the two tax codes appear similar to this check.

  The following two tax codes are impacted:

      Leveringen/diensten waarbij de heffing van omzetbelasting naar u is verlegd (BTW)
      Leveringen/diensten waarbij de heffing van omzetbelasting naar u is verlegd (omzet)

  As a result, the second is not created. This leads to incorrect tax
  reporting when this tax applies.
