Technically it's ok to move this info to a separate tab for each order line

I just wonder how many "wrong" purchases order will be issued if products are 
purchased sometimes with and sometimes without tax. 

the online demo still has the tax lines on the "Order Line" page

I would still vote for having tax on the Order Line page.

AND IMHO sales and purchase orders should not differ (too much)
