Hello, in our Brazilian localization, thanks to l10n_br_stock, our picking
carry a fiscal operation and hence even a fiscal position (via a rule
system). We had to introduce the same kind of concept in our unmerged fork
of report_intrastat.

At some point I believe OpenERP will have to bite the bullet and adopt such
concepts to properly deal with that kind of situation you describes. In 6.1
we fighted after the API to be able to cleanly bring such extensions in our
localization.

The day an OpenERP release will assume such concepts we will be happy to
share our experience here (notice that I tried to be listen during the last
community meeting).
