Fixed asset managment for v6.0

Hello,

I see that now for v6.0 there are two solutions for asset management module:
- Backport fresh designed module from the v6.1
- Use http://openobject.com/wiki/index.php/Fixed_Assets_Management_Module

Can someone give advice from own experience which way is better and way?
