Note to anyone fixing this one: any fix to the copy method of
account.analytic.account should also be applied to the copy method of
project.project. See lp:888315.

Bug description:
  In the current trunk, duplicating an analytical account also duplicates the related budget lines.
  It should only duplicate the account and its children.
