I can comment another issue around this, when you duplicate an analyitc
account, analytic lines are duplicated too from child accounts, lines
from account duplicated are cleaned.

Bug description:
  In the current trunk, duplicating an analytical account also duplicates the related budget lines.
  It should only duplicate the account and its children.
