Dear framework experts,

can you please state on this bug report:

I'm not sure if Frederic Declercq is right or not. The good point is that he
started to work on what he believes a bug even proposing a merge for trunk
server. it looks like his merge proposal is not in good good shape for now,
but that's an other story. For now what would be good is we confirm what he
believes being a bug.
