Now, i think it's very important to provide a buildout for OpenERP
because it MUST NOT be installed as a python package :-)
the owner of /usr/local/lib/python2.X is root.root, so you have to run
openerp as root -> bad idea.
If you don't do this, OpenERP won't be able to create .pyc file or save
attachments on fs.
I see that someone is already working on a buildout for OpenERP.
Unfortunately, so far i didn't find the time to check it out
