Empty numeric fields should not displayed as 0

A good example is - 
how to distinguish between no entered temperature value and 0°



a similar problem exists for Boolean fields - we have
* true
* false
* emtpy

false and empty are displayed identicaly.

I suggest to display "-" for empty
