I guess it is a side effect of the "distinct module" logic that we have applied 
to recent servers:
 - when a string belongs to an orm model, it will be exported at the 
translations of the *base* model[1], whatever the inheritance may have been.

This exposes a couple of addons that have been "customizing" the strings the 
wrong way. They have been replacing the source with German strings. We shall 
fix them.

[1] the previous logic was for the string to be exported to /all/ inheriting 
modules+models, or not to be exported at all.

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules: New

Bug description:
While translating accounting into French I met a "weird" string : "Bilanzkonten - Passiva - Kapitalkonten", string 154 in Launchpad Translations.
I suppose it should be either removed or translated into English.
