This has been improved in revision 3107
odo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20101214114027-ynen1r143kv13471 by removing references
to "decimal". Thanks for the suggestion!

Bug description:
  In the views there are text indications like this one : "%y - Year without century as a decimal number [00,99]."
I humbly suggest you replace "decimal" with "integer" - or you remove it altogether.
