  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1. 'Followup Summary' was 'Follwoup Summary' : Corrected the .py,.po and .pot files.
  2. The constraint showed folllowup : Corrected.
  3. __openerp__.py corrected too.
  4. Other Necessary Refactorings.
