Lionel,

I have the feeling that the two variants are not *that* different, maybe
a short line in the manual or training materials would do much more...

However, if let's say it is *always* forbidden to invoice drafted stock
moves, then the "urge" to invoice them will be much more efficiently
stopped by hiding the button/blocking the possibility to invoice
altogether.

Bug description:
  Our experience is that many users don't get the meaning of a stock move being "To be invoiced".
  They often believe that it means the move should be invoiced ASAP, even when it's in draft state.
  So I suggest we rename it to "Not yet invoiced".
