As recommended by Olivier Dony, I moved the nomenclatures to a new 
branch owned by the l10n experts team:

Would you care to help me make this more generic ?
If the CNAE includes the NACE as its root elements, you can package the 
"leaf" categories as a new module "l10n_br_cnae" in the same way I 
packaged the French NAF nomenclature in l10n_fr_naf_ape.
I'll be glad to further discuss this matter.
