Using Trunk of version 6.

To replicate:-

1) Add Sales Order lines of a product, ie HDD2
2) Change to a different pricelist, with different rates, or currencies.
3) Sales Line Orders even after a reload, do not get updated with a new price. 

The only way to update & show the correct price is to remove the Sales
Order Lines and then add them back in again.

If you change the Discount figure on a line item, and save, the price
DOES get updated on a reload (as you would expect).
