To sum it up: available stock should not be checked for production lots on consumables.

Ferdinand: I reckon it's not such a good business practice to have
production lots on consumable products, but I think it's safe to allow
it.

Bug description:
In 5.0.10, when you make an outgoing packing and enter a production lot for a stock move, OpenERP checks whether it's available in the stock in any case.
It should instead only check stockable products, not consumable products.
