  Partner : History tab should be invisible by default,must be available on request of concerned modules.

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  On partner form, the 'History' tab doesn't contain a field. Any field is declared to contain the history of SO/PO of the partner.
