Title:
  Problem when deleting a custom report

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  On the latest stable 6.0.3 with the module base_report_creator.

  I create one custom report and create a new menu to access my new
  report. When I delete this custom report, the report is deleted and is
  not accessible anymore. That is ok.

  But the menu is still present and gives an error when trying to open
  the report (it was deleted).

  It should remove the menu of the report with the report itself.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. install base_report_creator
  2. create a custom report
  3. create a menu for this new report
  4. delete this report
  5. try to use the menu you juste created in step 3
  --> Bug!
