  [v6] tree view listings: incorrect order for upper and lowercase

Bug description:
  Not sure where to report this.
  It just came to my attention that in a listings view (partners for example) Upper case entries will be displayed first and then lower case ones.
  Like below:

  
  CPS	
  Cas
  Chi
