This is an issue with the action configuration/description: it asks for
the view modes tree and form, the web client lets the user select tree
and form views as requested, even if form view for this case is pretty
much nonsensical.

Bug description:
  When navigating from the bill of material screen to the bill of material structure form, it is possible to click on the Form button.  
  The BOM screen empty when clicking on FORM button.  I should expect that the BOM which has been selected in the BOM Structure Screen is defaulted in this form.
