I have tested your scenario with stable v5 but all are working as
expected and I am not able to face any problem.

I have attached a video for your more reference so would you check it
and notify us where you have faced the problem and also provide the
precious steps.

  [5.0] Discount 100% on invoice : Impossible

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I try to make a discount of 100% on an invoice , with the following
  scenario:

  - I create an invoice
  - I insert an invoice line on a product with 100% of discount
  - I compute taxes 
  - I confirm the invoice

  But I receive the error :

  You can not do this modification on a confirmed entry ! Please note
  that you can just change some non important fields !
