I have checked your issue with updated code with trunk but I didn't face
any warning. Would you please Elaborate more on this issue and try again
with updated code and informed us where you faced the problem.

  Error in time zone "VET"

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I create a user with 'America/Caracas' timezone the server log
  show this warning:

  WARNING:detect_server_timezone:The timezone specified in time.tzname
  (VET) is invalid, ignoring it.
