  rename "Sales Dashboard" Into Sales

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  the top level menu of sales must be named "Sales" not "Sales
  Dashboard" and it seems also that in GTK the icon has been changed...
  set the same one than before.
