I am using test data from base (multi company)
./openobject-addons/stock/stock_demo.xml

IMHO Shop 1 and Shop 2 are included because companies "shop 1"  and
"shop 2" are children of "Your company"

1) if Allowed companies is only "your company" other companyies must not
be displayed

2) if these other locations/ companies are displayed , company_id must
be included in the various view (or better in the shop name if shop does
not belong to the current company)

BTW I didn't test (yet) if cross company stock moves and account moves etc will be generated if PO is from "your company" 
it seems that validating the incoming shipment uses the correct  but hidden company, but complains correctly for missing accounts in "Shop 1" , but tthe error does not mention the other company - hence looking from product / categories /stock input account - it is defined there
the incoming shipment company says "Your company" ,  but the destination is "Shop 1" company
