I have checked your issue with latest updated code of trunk but I didn't
face the same problem.

would you please try again with updated code and give the proper steps
with video so we can easily reproduce same at our end.

Title:
  Survey module - Next page button doesn't work in Chromium

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In Survey module, you are able to create surveys with different pages. There are Next and Previous buttons that allow to navigate between Survey pages.
  On Chromium the pagination doesn't seem to work. When i click on "Next" button, a "Your messages" screen appears (attached an screenshots)
  I tested in Firefox and works
  bug is being produced in every survey i test, even if there are no questions.
