Hi Vishal,

ok i did re-check my oerp-server configuration, it seemed to be that i added openobject-server/openerp/addons to --addons-path.
Removing that directory fixed the 'error'.

  Recursion error in modules dependencies

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In a new database, using server trunk [6.1] and addons trunk [6.1], when i try to install new modules it shows :
  Recursion error in modules dependencies !
  and cancels installation.
  The only application that i was able to install was project management. Everything else fails with the same error.

  openobject-addons: revno 5771
  openobject-server: revno 3824
  openerp-web: revno 1530
