Hello guys,

well actually we need both because they have a different meaning. The
state is given by the workflow and the 'paid' state means that the
invoice either is paid either has been paid lately. While the boolean
field is a functional fields that always display the fact that an
invoice is paid or not currently.

Thus, if an invoice has been paid, then unreconciled, it's state will
stay 'paid' and the boolean will be unthicked. And i think it's a normal
behaviour as we are in a special case where openerp should not make any
assumption and where we should let the user decide how to solve that
"exception case".

On the other hand, the current help tooltips are not clear enough. We
gonna improve them.
