Need to change the id of hr_holidays_data.xml, because "Legal Holidays"
and "Sick Leave" both have same record id (holiday_status_sl).

Bug description:
  In 6.0.3, both "Legal Holidays" and "Sick Leave" use the same id
  "holiday_status_sl". It leads to former one be override. No big deal
  though.
