Does this mean that every group which can access a partner (form) must also be able to access fields/resources which are only accessible by an other group ? 
consequence is obviously, that menu access has to be restricted explicitely to the other group. 

I see a performance issue.

can this " load on demand " please be discussed, IMHO it does not make
sense to access, calculate, display AND hide fields,pages etc which are
not designed to be seen by users which do  not belong to the restricted
group.

  after giving read access to the user via group or to everyone no error

  on a slow line one can observe, that notebook pages which are viewable
  only by special groups, are displayed for a while before the tab
  disapears -
