Bug description:
  openobject-addons/6.0 revno 4937

  Product categories are ordered by sequence[1], but that field is not editable anywhere.
  As consequence, user can't specify the order used to display category list in products' filter, for instance.
  I'm attaching patch with proposed change. After applying it, user is able to order categories by dragging them up and down in category list.
