Would you please provide the proper information here as well as precious
steps.

Note: If you are confusing then do not post such kind of bug report because this is a waste of time for every one.
You can post a questions rather then bug here https://answers.launchpad.net/openobject-addons and one more thing If you have to post a bug report then give enough bug description otherwise sometimes we have to ask for further information, so this thing wasted your and our time also.

Title:
  account types with account childs must not be deleted

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  IMHO this destroys an important relation and leaves the
  account_account.user_type "undefined" (empty)

  hence user_type with associated accounts must not be deleted.

  BTW

  the default user_types get refilled even if load demo is off

  does  configurable_account_chart.xml need noupdate="1" ??
