Hello Dr Ferdinand,

I have completely checked your bug report, But this is not a bug but
rather than it's your suggestion to provide button for reset to draft,

In Picking , Cancel Picking directly but after cancelled it can not to move to draft .
So , "Reset To Draft" button are effected on Workflow as well as on View also.

We can consider this is as your suggestion, so we are considering it as a "Wishlist".
But currently we can not fix it , So setting it as a "Won't fix".
