Hello Gautam,

we have give only reads right for all group, you project manager only read this object not create and update.
So I think this is not a bug.

That's why would you please check it again and correct me, If I am
wrong.

  A project manager can click on the "manager" link of another project and view the users details. He should not have access to this view.
