Hello,

The wizard is displayed itself that, either you can a schedule a call
or log a call from here.

So user can easily identify that what the action should be work, it is
either for schedule a call  or log a call.

That's why no need add tooltip here.

So I am closing this issue, if you want to reopen this then please
provide your suggestion with this means what the tooltip you have
suggested there.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Shedule/Log call wizard require appropriate tool-tip at action field.

  Action field have selection schedule call and log call. So when user
  select action and what will happen with that action should be note as
  tooltip.

  Tooltip will batter guide for action field.
