  many2one fields select=true not creating foreign key constraint

Bug description:
  Hi, 
  With the latest version of the trunk I installed the hr_modules and the foreign key constraints are not being created in the database. for example res_users has no constraints to hr_holidays or hr_expenses. Same with the account_account tables.
