  no way to chnage state on an interview request

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  hr_evaluation, trunk,

  to test :
  - set an evaluation plan on a employee
  - start the evaluation
  - go to human resource/appraisal/interview request
  - try to change the state by answaring the interview -> it stay at waiting answer.

  -> add a button "Done" in order to say if it is done
  -> if the user answer directly in the survay (by clicking on interview question), once he say it is done done, the state can change to done.
