Sorry for the inconvenience..!!

Currently I have again checked checked this same issue with reference of
lp:906957 and I have seen that "tabpos" working fine with GTK-Client, So
this bug doesn't appears at server side. Because it's working fine.

So would you please ignore the comment#1's   para1 which is related to
server side changes.

That's why we need to implement this on new web only.

  "tabpos" attribute is not working

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  tabpos attributes(left, right, up, bottom) are used to specify
  tabposition in notebook widget. I cannot use it on trunk webserver.
