Bug description:
  Hi,

  The problem is simple:
  When trying to view the issues categories under project menu an error is raised (pasted at the end of this message)

  I'm using the current trunk version of OpenERP 6.1.
  Scenario: fresh installation with 'project APP' & 'project_issue module'
  OS: Ubuntu 11.10
  Affected module: project_issue
  Client: new webclient
