The bug is caused by a buggy view_mode in the addons, this case should
not happen so there's nothing to fix in the web client.

The problem has been fixed in the addons in Revision:
6297 revid:fme@xxxxxxxxxxx-20120109121108-ettcb2wrp7m01yfr
