  [trunk] Bank statements translation

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Language = french

  The following fields are not translated (no entry found in LP) in the
  bank statements view :

  -Computed Balance

  -Balance as calculated based on Starting Balance and transaction lines

  -New (workflow)
