Hello,

I have checked you Issue at my end, I faced the same error when I try to run wizard second time with the "your company". That's why I confirm this Issue.
In this Issue either Improve the Error message Or Remove the Invisible attrs from the company field, Because this error message does not make sens. So I attached the image of error message, would you please check this.

  Error with "Install your Chart of Accounts" wizard

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  With OpenERP 6.1 RC1 the Chart of Accounts wizard
  (Accounting->Configuration->New Company Financial Se..) gives the
  error "The following fields are invalid: Company" when clicking the
  "Configure" button.  I see that 6.0 had a Company field, but the new
  wizard dialog does not have it, leading to that error.
