Not sure if it is a duplicate or not.  I can still replicate the bug in build number 20120125-200.  
If people thought it was fixed in bug #916563,, it is still showing up.

  Trying out OpenERP 6.1RC1.  When I try to put in an opening Journal Entry, I get this.
