After the reviewing the description and comments on this bug report, I cannot see how it is different from previously reported bug 890570. It seems the computation of the price difference for anglo-saxon accounting needs to be improved for the various situations that can occur: invoice before or after picking, based on receipt or not, etc.
This is addressed by bug 890570, so I will mark the current bug as a duplicate.

Please also take into account comments #8 and #16 and the related bug
923191 that may also be related to the symptoms you're seeing. Further
discussion can occur on bug 890570.

If you feel this bug was not a real duplicate, please clearly explain
why.

  anglo saxon + real time - must handle product price diff between stock
  move and invoice

Bug description:
  very often the purchase order price is an indication, but the "real"
  (day) price is different

  using anglo saxon method this  difference must result in a account
  move line to balance the input account
