  [PS][Trunk] crm_caldav no synch from OpenERP to thunderbird

Bug description:
  On the trunk with the web client and thunderbird 8, I installed the
  module crm_caldav to synchronize the OpenERP calendar with the
  calendar of thunderbird.

  I add a meeting in OpenERP and save it but it does not appear in
  Thunderbird. However, when I add a new meeting in Thunderbird it
  appears in OpenERP but not in Thunderbird anymore.

  Expected behavior:
  - When I add a meeting in OpenERP or Thunderbird, it should be visible in both OpenERP and Thunderbird

  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Install the module crm_caldav
  - Synchronize the calendar with thunderbird
  - Create a new remote calendar in thunderbird
  - Create a new meeting in OpenERP
  --> Meeting is visible in OpenERP but not in Thunderbird

  - Create a new meeting in Thunderbird
  --> Visible in OpenERP but not in Thunderbird
