Particularly,  "decimal_precision" should be moved to the server because the report_sxw.py uses it.

  I humbly suggest that the following modules should be moved directly to the server's addons.
  Indeed they provide features that are broader that OpenERP's scope, and would be beneficial for other projects.
  - base_report_creator
  - base_report_designer
  - decimal_precision
  - document_ftp, document_webdav...
  - process
  - audittrail
  - email_template
  - fetchmail
  - mail gateway
  - report_webkit
  - share
  - users_ldap
  - wiki
  ...and maybe others (please discuss them here).
