Did you customized code ?

'port' filed is readonly = false in draft state and 'type' come from _defaults. when you select the server_type 'imap'
at that time default port for imap 143, when you select ssl  then it is 993 up to it's work fine.

If  'port' filed is readonly = Ture then and you select ssl for
configuration at that time it take port 143 because 'type' filed come
from _defaults that's why ssl not select. see attached video.
