Hello Manfred Rockel,

I have checked your Image(comment #2). Might be you are misinterpret
this "-3" Value. A Quantity Outgoing Stock are shown value in negative
Because this value are Reduce from our stock. That means Quantity of
Product are planned to leave.

Let's see In deeply,
When we are make Sale Order For Product and confirm It at that time it's effected on "Quantity Available" and "Outgoing". Both are calculated virtual not real. when order are delivered to customer at that time Quantity of Product reduce from "Quantity on Hand" and "Outgoing".

But I also realise that , we are using a label "Outgoing". So Its enough
to understand It is Planned Out. I think No need to use negative sign.
might be It is raise the confusion some time.

So this is not a bug it's your suggestion and also not a generalise
issue. That's why I am setting this as "Opinion".

@Experts: Would you please share your view on this.
